Full Form Week 2: Find Your Rhythm

Form in the studio. Fuel that keeps up.

Week 2 starts here

You’re not starting from scratch anymore.

You’ve shown up.
You’ve built a base.
You’ve followed through.

You can start to feel that now.

Things feel a little more familiar.
A little more automatic.

That’s where this week comes in.

This week’s focus

Fuel & building rhythm.

By Week 2, what you’re doing starts to shift.
In behavioural science, habits form through repetition in a stable context.
The more often you repeat the same action, in the same environment, the less effort it requires.

This week is about supporting what you’ve already started.

Less decision making.
Less second guessing.
More follow through.

Charlotte’s recipes this week are designed to support that. Simple to repeat, easy to rely on, and built to fit into your week without overthinking it.

What’s on the menu this week

You’ve built the base.

Now we’re adding some layers – just like your @pilates program this week.

Breakfast: Pesto Breakfast Burrito

Wrapped up and ready to roll. A savoury, filling option that brings together protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats in one easy meal. Ideal for busy mornings or post-training fuel.

Lunch/Dinner: Sticky Ginger & Garlic Beef with Greens

Stick with it. A bold, flavour-packed dish that brings a little extra excitement to your routine. With warming ginger, garlic and a rich, glossy sauce, this meal pairs high-quality protein with fresh vegetables for a balanced, satisfying dinner — perfect for refuelling after a full day or an evening class.

Snack: Energy Balls

Small but doing a lot. For the gap between classes. For the 3pm crash. For when you need something and don’t want to spiral.

Next week

We keep going, with a focus on finding balance because life doesn’t always go to plan. 😉
