At the core of every @pilates 24/7 studio is the @pilates Class Delivery Platform, a state-of-the-art, proprietary system delivering 500+ on-demand Reformer Pilates classes across 40+ different categories, via a slick, easy-to-use interface.

With 35+ expert instructors and new classes added every month, @p keeps workouts fresh and motivation high. Our platform is constantly evolving, offering structured programs, progress tracking, saved favourites, and the ability to curate your own class sequences. Members can even share their favourite sequences with other @pilates members and access the most-loved classes across the network.

Whether training solo or during staffed hours, @p gives members structure, flexibility, and support whenever they need it.

It’s nice being able to find a reformer Pilates studio that has very flexible availability. Being able to book in for a class at any time of the day, as well as being open 24/7, makes this studio a very attractive option compared to others. With the classes being pre-recorded and staff being available throughout the day on most days, I feel like whenever I go I can get a solid class/workout in without feeling rushed or unequipped. I can always do what I aim to do. And that’s what can be missing from other studios. All in all, very satisfied and will continue to use this studio as long as I am able to.
