Our studios are available for class participation 24/7.

Bookings are available every hour on the hour and are made via the @pilates app.

Studio facilitators are onsite to assist members between 7am – 7pm

Our classes range from quick 15-minute express sessions to full 50-minute workouts—and everything in between!

It’s simple! All classes are delivered through our custom @pilates Platform, built into each Reformer via our Portable Instructor Pods—a high-tech, on-demand system featuring over 300 expert-led classes available anytime, 24/7. Just tap to select your class, pop on your headphones, and follow along with immersive, instructor-guided workouts. The 24-inch HD screen rotates smoothly to align perfectly with your movements, making every session seamless, interactive, and easy to follow.

Memberships start from $40.00 to $49.00 per week, depending on the studio location.

Our weekly direct debit membership gives you unlimited access and the flexibility to book as many sessions as you like at your chosen studio.

Session Packs are available.

All members and sessionpack holders require the booking and entry Apps.

Many of our members are new to Pilates—and for some, it’s their first time exercising in a while.

Our studios are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment, creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

Classes are thoughtfully structured to introduce, teach, and guide new participants through exercise techniques and equipment usage at a pace tailored to their individual needs and abilities. This is carefully assessed during each member’s introductory orientation session which is done alongside one of our studio facilitators.

Yes—children aged 12 and over are more than capable of participating in Reformer Pilates.

Reformers can be safely adjusted to suit their size and ability, and special conditions apply to their membership, including parent or guardian consent.

Children aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during sessions.

We have friendly studio staff onsite to assist you whenever you need support.

All classes are recorded in real time, with the instructor participating alongside you. The sessions are highly instructional and easy to follow, making it simple to stay on track.

If you’d like extra help, our team is always available to guide you through the platform and ensure you’re finding the right classes and programs to suit your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

Yes. Each member participates in a complimentary one on one orientation / introduction session prior to starting their membership with a studio facilitator.

Instructors are onsite to assist members between hours 7am – 7pm.

All our studios are secured using the Kisi access system, which ensures that only registered members can enter. Access is granted via each member’s mobile phone, creating a safe and controlled environment at all times.

We are here to help you no matter how long it takes a member to get a grasp of the concept and exercise techniques.

We ask members to contact us via phone or txt and we debit their purchase from their account.

You can update your profile details at any time via the app or by speaking with your studio team.

Simply call or text the studio, or chat with our staff in person—we’re always happy to help.

Simply contact the studio via email (details on website or business card in studio) and we will action your request immediately.

Pairing your headphones is simple and follows the same process as connecting to any Bluetooth device:

1. Open your device’s Settings
2. Navigate to Bluetooth
3. Press the Bluetooth pairing button on your headphones
4. Select your headphones from the list of available devices

You’re now ready to enjoy your session wirelessly!
