Physiotherapy Classes for Joint Care

3 week program
All levels

This 3 week program is designed and instructed by Physiotherapist Shani Clark for participants who may have joint injuries or joint soreness and want to strengthen and support these structures. 3 classes per week are to be completed for 4 weeks establishing the progression and strength needed to make significant progress in Joint care and wellbeing.
