Beautiful place to unwind, especially after work or even in between. I love how the 24/7 concept allows me to create my own schedule. The studio is always clean and well-maintained, and the booking app is easy to use.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, calm, and beautifully designed, everything about it is so inviting. What really makes this studio stand out, though, is the atmosphere created by Eva. She’s incredibly bubbly, kind, and genuinely caring. She greets everyone by name and makes each person feel seen and welcome, whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit. Eva has such a special energy, she remembers the little things, checks in on your progress, and always manages to lift the mood of the entire room. It’s clear she truly cares about both the people and the studio community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space to move, connect, and feel amazing!

The SippyDowns studio is such a sweet little space, run by a lovely team. It is super convenient being 24/7 to suit the busy lifestyles and schedules. Being able to choose your own levels/equipment based classes is a game changer. Having the support when needed is also an important part of my Pilates journey, it’s very fun having different challenges and activities/motivation.

Super friendly staff and the studio is always clean and organised. Classes are varied so you can always pick what you need!

Pilates 24/7 Sippy Downs is such a fantastic studio! I really love the iPad-guided sessions, they make it so easy to follow along at your own pace, and there’s always plenty of variety to keep things interesting. What really makes the experience amazing though are Eva and Maleah. They’re always there to guide, assist, and encourage whenever you need, and their friendly, positive energy makes every session feel so comfortable and motivating. It’s such a supportive environment, and I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!

A pilates studio with reformer and mat, plus yoga classes. Its all on your own terms, you choose the workout from the ipads. Its exactly what ive been looking for, for years. The people that attend are beautiful, its a really calm environment with dim lights. Just perfect!
