Love letters from our @pilates 24/7 Yeppoon members

Love the new location. The cream and brown colours are so soothing and relaxing, especially compared with the previous pink décor I saw in photos of the other site. The music is set at the perfect low level so it stays in the background and you can clearly hear the instructions during the video classes. I also love being able to book my spot ahead of time, which means I actually end up going (unlike with monthly gym memberships where you cannot reserve a place). The sauna is wonderfully relaxing as well, and I look forward to the time when it's open 24/7.

i never thought id enjoy a pilates class from an ipad as id only even had an instructor but i was pleasantly surprised that i did enjoy it and continue to enjoy choosing which classes i want to do and for how long. The staff are incredible and i really love the wellness add ons too.

The employees are incredibly nice. A wide selection of videos is available for all levels or all the body area you choose to work on. The + is that you can go at any time! Best discovery, I finally found my sport, 10/10 love it
