The staff are so supportive and professional, helping you tailor your Pilates journey to suit whatever stage you’re at. Highly recommended! Very affordable membership Thanks to the team !

@24/7 is my second home 🩷 love love love the convenience of coming at anytime as well as the variety of classes and overall atmosphere of the studio. the staff are amazing - so lovely and always there to help out. wouldn’t recommend any other studio 🌸👏🏽

Love this studio! The 24/7 access makes it so easy to fit in a workout, and the staff are always super friendly. There’s plenty of classes to keep things interesting, and the studio has a really positive, supportive vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Such an amazing place and atmosphere! I joined @pilatesSouthport at the end of last year with no pilates experience and was immediately made to feel so welcomed! The staff are so friendly, and really help you tailor your workout journey to suit whatever stage your at, whilst still pushing you to reach your goals. The atmosphere is really empowering and I love being able to take the time to just focus on yourself and show up for you! The sense of community within the studio is so different from anywhere else I’ve tried, and I’ve being able to meet so many lovely ladies! As someone who previously has had gym memberships, I’ve definitely noticed more of a difference when it comes to pilates! Every session I leave feeling so much better, and feel results throughout my day to day life. Highly recommend joining the @Pilates team at Southport if you’re looking for your new workout spot! Very beneficial!

I've never done pilates before so coming to the studio really makes me feel at peace. It makes me feel more independent especially with all the different classes and categories to choose from!

this pilates studio is so incredible. i’ve never found myself enjoying pilates until i came here! the staff are so helpful and lovely. the classes you can pick your own, go at your own pace and feel comfortable doing it as you’re “on your own” yet the staff members are always looking to help out. would 1000% recommend.
