This is the most beautiful and welcoming studio. We love the beautiful beds but tbh I love the company and staff more. Thanks for making every session so fun Belle!!!

I can’t recommend @Pilates24/7 Prahran enough! A huge thank you to Belle and all the lovely studio staff for always being so encouraging and supportive — it’s made such a difference in staying consistent. I’m really proud to have just hit 100 classes, and the flexible schedule has made it incredibly easy to attend regularly (no excuses!). The classes are consistently high quality, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting and challenging. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and has such a calming, positive atmosphere — it’s genuinely a place you look forward to walking into. Great value for money as well, especially with the added benefits like recovery therapy and the infrared room. If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, definitely pop in, say hello, and give it a try!

This is by far my favorite Pilates studio I’ve been a part of. The flexibility on offer means you make your workouts work for you (without the stress of cancelation fees). Bel, Tegan and Coco the team have created an incredible space, couldn’t recommend highly enough 👏

Had a wonderful Pilates session today 🤍 Bel was so calm, attentive, and encouraging. She explained every movement beautifully and made the class feel comfortable yet effective. Left feeling stronger, lighter, and very relaxed. Highly recommend @apilates✨💕💕💕

I honestly love coming here. The flexibility to do a class whenever I feel like it is amazing, the studio is such a beautiful space & everyone is so kind and welcoming. It makes working out feel really enjoyable rather than a chore.

Love this studio so much! The lighting is soft and calming, I can go at times that suit me, it's cost effective and there's hundreds of classes to choose from with all equipment available. The team are super helpful with onboarding and so welcoming 🤍 Very happy I found @pilates in Prahran.

I’ve been a member at the Prahran studio since the doors opened and it’s such a beautiful studio. Bel is so lovely and friendly and makes you feel like part of the family instantly. Everything is sparkling clean and everyone I’ve met is so great. I would deffo recommend if you are looking for a new Pilates studio :-)
