I canā€™t recommend @Pilates24/7 Prahran enough! A huge thank you to Belle and all the lovely studio staff for always being so encouraging and supportive ā€” itā€™s made such a difference in staying consistent. Iā€™m really proud to have just hit 100 classes, and the flexible schedule has made it incredibly easy to attend regularly (no excuses!). The classes are consistently high quality, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting and challenging. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and has such a calming, positive atmosphere ā€” itā€™s genuinely a place you look forward to walking into. Great value for money as well, especially with the added benefits like recovery therapy and the infrared room. If youā€™ve been thinking about trying Pilates, definitely pop in, say hello, and give it a try!
