If you love reformer Pilates but struggle to fit into fixed class times, @pilates 24/7 Palm Beach is an absolute game changer. Being able to work out at any hour suits my unpredictable schedule perfectly. The studio itself is gorgeous, such a welcoming, calming space to walk into every time. I also love the variety of classes available. Whether you’re after something challenging or just a shorter, lighter session, there’s always an option to match how you’re feeling on the day. The booking app is super easy to use, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Oh and the infrared sauna is an added bonus! Highly recommend 👍

I searched the internet high and low for Pilates classes on the Gold Coast that start at 4am or 430am but I had no luck. I love that @pilates Palm Beach is 24 hour so it fits into my busy schedule of working full-time, commuting and having two kids. The studio is always beautifully presented and aesthetically pleasing. They have a user friendly booking App. An amazing variety of classes to choose from which can be filtered via time, intensity, muscle group. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I signed up immediately! Highly recommend :-)

What did I do before @pilates 24/7 Palm Beach! I just love going to that beautiful space and already my body is feeling the benefits of the individualised classes. As an older woman who is a newbe to pilates, I had some concerns about the reformers and the technology. With the friendly and professional support of Hayley, Meg and Misha I now feel so confident that I no longer feel the need to do staffed hours only. @pilates Palm Beach is the perfect change of pace for me and obviously for many others. Epic studio, epic crew, and an epic location. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and only 10 seconds from Woolworths, it could not be more convenient. Right next to the Mallawa sporting fields, it is the perfect spot to drop in for a warm up stretch if you are signed up for touch, netball, Oztag, or soccer teams that play there. Stoked to have found this spot!
