@pilates Miami is awesome!! I am obsessed with the classes, studio and that fact that it's 24/7. It is so much less stressful knowing I can go in anytime I get a chance. It's been so hard juggling my two kids and working 4 days a week. It's always so beautiful and clean and calm when you walk in. The staff are all beautiful and helpful and make the experience so much easier. I always feel so good leaving after a great workout and excited to return. Such a fun community to be part of! I love the 24/7 access. There’s a sauna too which is great for after a workout. The vibe is always upbeat and motivating! There’s the option of mat, reformer and wunda chair workouts so I never get bored! Highly, highly recommend!!

The studios ethstetic makes my workouts feel like I’m in a retreat where I look forward to this time out daily. I couldn’t love this place more for a time and a space to focus on my body and wellbeing. Lara and McKenzie are an absolute delight. If you don’t follow their insta stories, get on it for a daily giggle! Look for Legs in straps with Maddie! Best workout.
