During my time here, I was welcomed with open arms into an incredibly supportive and encouraging community. My goals and aspirations were genuinely heard, and I felt consistently supported throughout my journey. The atmosphere this studio holds is truly unique, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent here. 🫶 During periods when my anxiety was heightened, I always knew I could come to the studio and reconnect with what brings me joy. I am deeply grateful for the time I’ve had here and the positive impact it has had on me. I hope to return again in the future. 🫶♥️

Absolutely obsessed 🫶🏼 I am genuinely in love with Pilates and this studio has completely elevated my experience. I love the flexibility of being able to go whenever it suits my schedule and also being able to choose a program that is tailored to how my body is feeling on the day. Whether I want to push myself or take things a little gentler it always feels so considered and personalised. The staff are incredible. So welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable which makes every visit feel motivating and enjoyable. You always leave feeling stronger, happier and so well looked after. Could not recommend this place more ✨🧘🏼‍♀️

Could not recommend this studio more highly. I had never experienced the self-paced style of Pilates before but absolutely love it. I can book my session and do 10 mins or 50 if I choose. Everything gets saved in my online portal and I have the trainers load extra sessions that target my specific goals. But what I'm most obsessed with is the beautiful environment. The studio is always clean and welcoming and the staff all know you by name! Love being part of this community 🙏🏻

Such a welcoming studio, always greet you and help you straight away as you walk in, very interactive staff !! Made me feel so comfortable and such an amazing environment to work out in !! studio is so lovely and clean as well. Highly recommend!! specially for first timers 😊

Amazing studio. Welcoming and friendly staff, high quality equipment, clean and tidy. I always enjoy my sessions and feel so energised after. I highly recommend to visit this space. Pilates has helped me so much this year with sports injuries.

100% recommend @24/7 Maroochydore as your Pilates studio. LOVE LOVE that I can go when it suits me. I've been a member since they've opened. I've always been able to book in when I want. In busier times when I can't get a reformer I'll just book the Mat area (they also have a Wunda chair!) so I still get my workout in. Ricki and her staff Taylor, Tahlia and Val are all gorgeous people. They go above and beyond to run extra lives classes and social events too. Love my @24/7 pilates fam. xxx

As a Reformer Pilates first timer I have found this studio amazing to work out at. It’s clean and the staff rock. I love having the choice of time slots and not having to rush to join a class. Highly recommend

The best Pilates studio I have ever been too!! From the moment you walk through the door, the energy is so welcoming and uplifting. The entire team are absolute gems! Supportive, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping you feel your best. They have attracted the most beautiful community, creating such a beautiful, inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. I loveee all the classes, all the fun challenges and to top it all off, as a mum, I’m beyond grateful that I can bring my kiddies along, it’s such a game changer. I couldn’t recommend more! 🫶🏼✨

This is the most beautiful studio and is so flexible. I can come anytime and do any type of class I want from the huge library. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and even though I’m not usually there in staffed hours, they always message me to check in. I love that they let me bring my dog too! She loves coming more than me I think! I couldn’t recommend this studio more
