@pilates Hervey Bay

I feel very comfortable and motivated to go to @pilates. Everyone is friendly and the studio is always clean and beautiful. I'm loving the classes and the flexibility of being able to go in when it suits me.

I absolutely love 24/7 Pilates. It’s my new favourite place to go and the staff are great. I’m feeling fitter and healthier since I began.

Had my first intro session this week. The staff are so lovely & the studio is great! Better than I expected!

Definitely my go to place to keep me sane. Equipment simple to use. Easy to navigate the programs on the large free standing screen. I feel comfortable going here with all body shapes and sizes as I'm a bigger female. When staffed the girls are friendly and welcoming. Ready to help if needed. I wish I could go more often but my health doesn't allow it atm. I just love pilates and this is my first time time trying it at 58yrs of age. This is one of the best things I have ever done for my body, mind & soul. The studio is a beautiful space to come to not only for a work out, but to experience peace, calm and positivity.
