This is an amazing studio to go to! The owners are so lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed the clean studio and the many different classes you can choose from. There is a sauna and red light therapy room which is so nice!

Such a beautiful spot to practice Pilates, calm environment with very helpful and friendly staff! Best concept to not be restricted by class times and even your own time!

Pilates 24/7 Hamilton is very convenient with 24/7 access to the studio, you can book in for a slot that works for your schedule. I love that there are so many options for classes at different levels, it makes it easy to find a class that works for you and your needs.

Love this modern space which is kept clean and tidy. The staff and owners are so lovely and always helpful. Having access to the infrared sauna and red light therapy after a Pilates session is a bonus!

I really love the facilities here. The screens let you choose your own workout and you can take your time on the beginner courses and gain strength before you launch into the more intense sessions. Sometimes I'll string together 3 shorter workouts targeting problem areas to really stretch and unwind after a day at my desk.

I love it, being able to pick and choose times that suit me is fantastic. Having staffed (very friendly and helpful) hours is reasuring, keeping an eye out to help if needed.

Beautiful studio space and I love that I can do any class at any time I like. Highly recommend.

I attend Reformer Pilates at 24/7 Pilates Hamilton four times a week and absolutely love it. The studio has first-class facilities, including an infrared sauna and red-light therapy, which I use every visit. Even though I travel an hour to get there, it’s completely worth it. The environment is calm, clean, and beautifully maintained. The owners and staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful—they’re always one step ahead, knowing exactly what equipment you’ll need. It’s an amazing place that supports your mind, body, and soul. Highly recommend!

Hands down 5 stars! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the studio is gorgeous! Always clean and the vibe is always perfect! Absolutely love it, definitely worth the money especially with 24/7 access 🫶🏼
