I was skeptical about video/non instructor set up, but I’m really glad I’ve joined up. There’s so much variety of classes and I don’t really feel like I’m missing out with an in person instructor! The studio is lovely, welcoming and aesthetically gorgeous. The reformers and equipment are supreme and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and all the little extras like red light therapy, massage, infrared and quality teas/refreshments make wellness easy. I left my studio of 8 years because they were cutting classes (and increasing prices) which made it impossible for me to get to! Being able to access the studio and feel safe doing so, at any time is a game changer! I’m able to get back on board and my self care journey.

I have been a member for 7 months and I have genuinely loved every time I come. I love that you can go at your own pace, pick whatever workout fits your mood, and not feel pressured or rushed. The space itself is super clean, calm, and just has a really good vibe. You never feel judged or out of place, which makes such a difference. Honestly one of the best parts of my week now. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about trying Pilates!! :)
