⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I’m absolutely loving @pilates 24/7 Aspley! 🤍 From the moment you walk in, the studio is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, fresh and such a welcoming space to work out in. You can really tell how much thought and effort has gone into creating such a gorgeous environment! The staff are all so lovely, friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everyone has been so helpful and makes you feel comfortable, whether you’re new to Pilates or have been doing it for a while. I also love the variety of classes available. There are so many different options, so you can mix things up depending on your goals, mood and how your body is feeling. And having the studio open 24/7 is such a game changer — it makes fitting Pilates into a busy schedule so much easier! I’m so glad I joined and I this has become a regular part of my routine. Such a beautiful studio, amazing concept and genuinely lovely team. I highly recommend @pilates 24/7 Aspley! ✨🤍

What a beautiful pilates studio with the most amazing staff, also run by a super lovely family and their cute dogs! The experience was overall amazing I'm super anxious with trying new things and found the class so fun and much easier to follow and understand, and if you need a break you can pause or stop and change workouts or even make your own by combining different workouts. I love the customization. The monitors are on wheels not fixed to the wall so you're never straining your neck like other pilates studios. The equipment is beautiful and their facilities is next level, what other pilates studio have a massage chair, sauna, red light therapy, lymphatic roller and a wunda machine.
