Beautiful studio & so convenient to do a class at anytime. Love the additional facilities of red light therapy, lymphatic roller, massage chair & sauna. Highly recommend 💚

Perfect for me as someone who isn’t the biggest fan of typical exercise but still wants to move and be healthy. You’re not limited by class times or at the mercy of what the instructor chooses. You can attend when you like and do what you like whether that be a more intense workout or a calming stretch to wind down. It’s a great way to have ‘me time’ without the pressure. The team is so lovely and the environment is beautiful. I’m so happy I signed up 😊

I am so in love with this place. Usually I would have so much anxiety joining a class but walking into this place and popping on my headphones I feel great! Such a calm vibe. Great facilities. Best idea ever!!

I can’t put into words how wonderful the Aspley/Arana @pilates team are. Mel and the family have done such a wonderful job creating a welcoming environment that translated from one location to another. Having come previously from a HIIT focused gym where I would dread a class to truly feeling like exercise is a ‘me time’ experience, not to mention the bonus facilities, I can truly say I’m so grateful and recommend the gym every chance I get! 🩷

Excellent & clean facility, fantastic classes that are challenging but safe, and the nicest reformers I’ve ever used. I’ve been going for four weeks, and genuinely has become part of my routine and changed my life for the better.

Mel and the team at Aspley are amazing 🤩 So friendly and welcoming. I had never done reformer Pilates before. I was very nervous. Mel made sure I was comfortable and after doing the initial onboard session, I felt really confident. I love @pilates 24/7 Aspley and couldn’t recommend it more!!
