CLASS 1
This session introduces and teaches participants new to Reformer Pilates a selection of foundation exercises. These are the building blocks for ongoing classes.

This session is designed to build onto your foundation exercise repetoire and teach a new selection of Reformer Pilates exercises.

CLASS 3
A great class (and a must do) if you have never done a Reformer Pilates Class before. It’s a step-by-step guide to all the essentials that you need to know in order to get a great Reformer workout done.

CLASS 4
This is a full body workout expanding on the fundamental building exercises and cueing techniques. Unilateral exercises are introduced, and layering techniques shown to increase exercise intensity if desired.

CLASS 5
Become familiar with utilizing a variety of Pilates accessories to enhance exercise repertoire and specificity. Introducing straps, rings, blocks, boards, handles, balls, and boxes to help work the whole body. A full body Reformer Pilates class lasting approximately 35 mins.

CLASS 6
This well-balanced class provides a total body strength and muscular endurance workout. Legs, back strength and upper body exercises are performed in an easy to follow, format. The Jump Board and Pilates Ring are used with a continual emphasis on general core strength and joint mobility. A solid class that performed regularly will improve fitness and major fitness components.
