CLASS 1
A 30 min class full of our key stretches and mobilisers to leave you feeling more mobile, less tension and moving better

CLASS 2
This is a challenging stretch session perfect for the intermediate level participant.  If you require assistance with balance, use a pole to help with stability and safety.  This class provides a range of stretches and mobilising movements suitable for most fitness levels and targets numerous different movement patterns and typically tight body areas.

This class is designed to lengthen muscles and increase joint mobility from head to toe.  A full-body mobility session which will help you feel revived and contribute to greater flexibility and potential pain relief.
